Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, use on scoop between meals and post meals and post workouts. Mixes instantly but for best results use a blender. May be mixed with fruit, ice and your favorite beverage. May also be used in pancakes, muffin or waffle mix. Store in a cool dry place.
