Recommended Use
Twice daily, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Pump-Tech with 8 oz of cold water and consume immediately. On days of your workout, take 1 of these servings 30 to 60 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 scoops) in a 24-hour period. Consume ten 8 oz glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
