Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, take three (3) x-tabs twice daily-morning on an empty stomach and 30 minutes prior to workout. XNO Info: While taking XNO, drink at least 8 glasses of water on the days you don't train and 10 glasses of water on the days you do train. While taking XNO, don't let your carbohydrate intake fall below 40% of your total daily caloric intake. Don't eat for at least 30 minutes before or after taking XNO. Although XNO contains no stimulations of any kind, it may keep you awake if taken in the evening.
